How to I place an order online?
Browse through our products by clicking on each image. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the "Add to cart" button to add this item to your shopping cart. You may view your cart at any time on the right hand side of your screen to review your entire order. Proceed through check-out as directed. How long should I expect a delivery to take?
Your order will be filled as promptly as possible (please allow between 3-5 business day for most orders). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
What are my shipping options?
All Nikki Babie orders are shipped Canada Postal Expedited Parcel Small Business insured and signature required… that can take 5 -10 business days.
All Canadian orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance using Canada Post. Items are insured for the total purchase price. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Custom charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer

Items back-ordered may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages
Courier shipping requires a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes). Should your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and informed of any additional shipping charges. Custom charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer.
How to I calculate shipping?
All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight and location.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and more through PayPal.
What tax rate are you charging?
If you live in, or ship your order to STATE/ PROVINCE, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase at the current rate of X.XX%.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

What Is A Pre-Order ?
A pre-order allows our client to reserve their own personal item before the release. It is an item of merchandise that is inline to be sewn.
Our pre-order can take four to eight weeks and will be shipped at the date of completion.
