All Nikki Babie orders are shipped Canada Postal Expedited Parcel Small Business insured and signature required… that can take 5 -10 business days.
All Canadian orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance using Canada Post. Items are insured for the total purchase price
Other shipping methods are available upon request.
Custom charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer

- Courier Ground (5 to 7 Business Days)
- Courier Air (3 to 5 business days)
Items back-ordered may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages
- Courier shipping requires a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes).
- Should your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and informed of any additional shipping charges.

Stated below are the itemized return policies of Nikki Babie Designs Inc. Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced.
Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.
All Nikki Babie Inc. merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Nikki Babie and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items purchased in a retail store or on another website.
We are happy to honor any exchanges/returns as long as:
*The item being exchanged/returned is in new condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
*The new item you wish to exchange for is of equal or greater value than the item being returned.
*Your exchange/return request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
* Shipping and handling fees are final.
Nikki Babie Inc wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason you are not, please email our customer service department at info@nikkibabie.com or call (775) 741-2870 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
Order cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.
No cancellations accepted after shipment.
In order to issue your Return Authorization Number, we will need the following information:
Your Return Authorization Number and the address of where to return the item(s) will be issued via email. (Or by phone or fax if necessary)
Please write this number on your invoice and the outside of the box.
All items must be unused and returned in the same condition as sent. Once we have approved and received your return, we will process your exchange/refund within 7 business days.
